Founded by Ashok Mehta, a Chartered Accountant (CA) with around 20 years of corporate experience, Vantio was established to support businesses in making well-structured debt financing decisions.

We are a team of CAs with combined experience of 35+ years into debt financing & capital advisory.

We work closely with business owners, promoters and management teams to understand their business, assess financing needs, evaluate suitable options and facilitate engagement with financial institutions including Banks, NBFCs, Private Credit Funds and other lenders.

Our focus is on creating financing solutions that are aligned with the business's growth plans, cash flows and long-term objectives.

More than a Traditional DSA

Vantio is built around an advisory-led approach to business finance. Unlike a traditional DSA focused primarily on loan sourcing and disbursement, we understand the business, assess the funding requirement, structure the transaction and identify suitable Banks, NBFCs and Private Credit Funds.

Our objective is not simply to arrange loan, but to help businesses access the right financing structure for their specific requirement, capacity and growth plans.
